Returns & Refunds Policy
At My Three Bears, your satisfaction means the world to us! We take pride in creating high-quality products with care and attention. Due to the nature of our offerings, please review our returns policy carefully.
Perishable Items (Baked Goods)
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable food items. If there is an issue with your order — such as damage during delivery or an error on our part — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or a partial/full refund.
Handmade Products (e.g., Sewn Items)
We accept returns or exchanges on handmade, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@mythreebears.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Please note: Custom or personalized handmade items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., downloads, printables) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
