I've been baking this gingerbread since I was a teenager, and building houses from scratch has become one of our most treasured family traditions. These days, my little ones join in - rolling, cutting, decorating (and occasionally sneaking a nibble) - turning our kitchen into a joyful holiday scene.

Each Gingerbread House is handmade with love, care and a little Christmas magic. Fully assembled and decorated with delicate white icing in a Scandinavian-style design, with elegant gold accents - it's a beautiful gift, a festive table centrepiece, or a charming treat to take to a Christmas gathering.
